Overview

Optiver is seeking an Experienced Recruiter for a 12-month contract to advance their end-to-end recruitment strategy focused on technology talent. You'll collaborate with business leaders to attract and hire experienced candidates.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in technology, and understand the nuances of sourcing and engaging experienced talent. Your experience allows you to develop effective sourcing strategies and build robust candidate pipelines. You are skilled in crafting selection processes and conducting interviews that assess candidates effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy forging strong partnerships with stakeholders to meet recruitment goals. You are proactive in designing innovative approaches to identify passive talent and are comfortable coaching and guiding others in the recruitment process.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is a plus, as is familiarity with technology roles and the ability to adapt to changing hiring needs. You have a keen eye for talent and are passionate about building diverse teams that contribute to the company's success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes developing sourcing strategies, mapping and headhunting niche talent, and crafting the selection process. You will review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the high standards set by Optiver. You will also be responsible for salary negotiations and closing candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will identify current and future hiring needs and work to fulfill them effectively. Your role will involve designing and delivering innovative approaches to source and identify passive talent, utilizing various channels and techniques to attract the best candidates. You will create, recommend, and implement strategies to tackle recruitment challenges and build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and research. Additionally, you will coach and guide your team members, sharing your expertise and insights to enhance their recruitment skills.
