You have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in sales roles, and understand the nuances of identifying top-tier talent. Your experience allows you to assess candidates not just on their resumes but on their actual sales acumen and deal mechanics. You are comfortable conducting deep-dive competency interviews and can effectively filter candidates based on their strategic selling capabilities. Experience with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with the technology sector.
