Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to do change management becasue of new products, new projects or new initiatives , coordinate with operation team and key stakeholders to review current operational process and to-be process across all business units during origin operation, includes facilitating GXD node implementation based on business growth.

Key job responsibilities
- Bridge changes received from outside of team and review with ops team to drive operational process
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize origin operations during new product launch
- Review and improve operational metrics to drive speed and reduce cost
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment with network standards
- Provide regular performance analysis and strategic recommendations
- Partner with GXD ops team to implement new node launch

About the team
The GLS Origin Ops team manages the origin operations across multiple business units (Retail which includes Amazon Private Brands, FBA, Device, Robotics and GPO/Go-carts) with the simplest, fastest, most reliable service. Team is responsible for physical operations along with managing LSP facing processes, oversees operations across 120+ origin ports to 70 destination ports, utilizing 8 steamship lines, 7 non-vessel operating common carriers, 6 origin booking agents, 4 truckers, and 17 GXD nodes for the US, EU, JP, CA, MX, AU, SG, TR, and MENA regions. Our mission is to constantly drive LSP's performance, providing best-in-class vendor and seller experiences while improving our operational efficiency- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
