You'll collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in building demos and proof of concepts.
You have a strong background in technical solutions and customer engagement — your experience allows you to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product teams to ensure customer needs are met. Your strategic thinking enables you to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the customer experience. You are comfortable taking a hands-on approach, building demos and proof of concepts that clearly demonstrate the value of the solutions you propose. You understand the importance of being the voice of the customer, ensuring their feedback is integrated into product development. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced world of AI technology, always eager to learn and grow.
Experience in AI or machine learning environments is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the products and services you will be working with. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools can enhance your ability to manage customer interactions effectively. A background in software development or engineering can also be beneficial, providing you with the technical knowledge needed to bridge the gap between customers and product teams.
