What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Trading team, you will be instrumental in designing and developing high-quality applications for our Electronic Trading solution. You will engage in the entire software development process, collaborating closely with team members to ensure that design and engineering efforts align with strategic goals. Your contributions will directly impact the tech stack, which is based on modern frameworks and AWS services.

You will participate in design discussions, providing your insights and expertise to help shape the direction of the project. Your role will involve implementing new features and optimizing existing ones to enhance performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications you build are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

In addition to development tasks, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their roles.
