What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at dLocal, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with our services. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and driving solutions. Your role will involve onboarding new clients, providing training on our payment solutions, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. You will also monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues that may arise. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ultimately contributing to the growth of dLocal.
