Manager of Identity and Access Management, Corporate Systems

Who you are

You have a strong background in Identity and Access Management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes leading IAM programs and implementing security measures that align with business and compliance requirements. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders, including Information Security teams, to ensure that access controls are robust and effective.

You possess hands-on technical skills, particularly with Okta, and have experience in managing enterprise IAM infrastructures. You understand the importance of secure access and are adept at integrating IAM solutions with existing corporate systems. Your strategic mindset allows you to envision the future of IAM within the organization and to drive initiatives that modernize and scale identity architecture.

You are a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring team members and fostering a culture of security awareness. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing solutions that enhance the security posture of the organization. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Desirable

Experience with other IAM tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR or CCPA. You may also have a background in project management, which helps you lead initiatives effectively and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the architecture and implementation of DoubleVerify's IAM infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business while adhering to security best practices. You will lead the integration and lifecycle management of applications, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless access for users.

You will be responsible for developing and evolving the IAM program, focusing on modernizing identity architecture and ensuring secure access controls. This includes conducting regular assessments of the IAM landscape and identifying areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with Information Security to align IAM practices with compliance requirements, ensuring that the organization meets its regulatory obligations.

As a leader, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness. You will facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate employees about IAM best practices and the importance of secure access controls. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM, ensuring that DoubleVerify remains at the forefront of security practices.
