Osmo is seeking a Packer to support fragrance production operations in Elizabeth, NJ. You'll be responsible for blending, repacking products, and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met.
You are detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards in packaging operations. You thrive in a hands-on role where you can contribute to the production process and ensure that products are prepared accurately for shipment. You understand the importance of following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and are dedicated to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication in a production environment.
In this role, you will receive finished formulas from compounding and verify batch identity, quantities, and documentation to ensure accuracy. You will blend and homogenize compounded materials in accordance with SOPs, transferring bulk formulas into final bottles or containers efficiently. You will apply labels, seals, lot codes, and packaging components per quality standards, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications. Additionally, you will assemble kits or multi-unit orders as required and package finished goods for shipment, staging completed orders for shipping and fulfillment handoff. You will inspect finished products for defects, leaks, or labeling errors, maintaining a clean and organized packaging workstation while adhering to safety protocols.
