Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead high-impact programs within Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I), focusing on enhancing the integrity and usability of critical data assets. You will drive the strategy and roadmap for enterprise-wide initiatives that unify master data domains and align authoritative sources. Your responsibilities will include modernizing metadata and cataloging capabilities, as well as streamlining document and content workflows across the CO+I ecosystem.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data management practices are integrated into all aspects of cloud operations. This includes overseeing the execution of projects that enhance data compliance and usability, ensuring that all initiatives align with Microsoft’s broader mission and goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Your role will involve engaging with stakeholders at various levels, from technical teams to executive leadership, to communicate project status and gather feedback. You will facilitate discussions that drive alignment on data management strategies and ensure that all team members are informed and engaged in the process. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional development.
