Anthropic is hiring a Product Designer for the Claude Developer Platform to shape developer experiences with API products. You'll work closely with product managers and engineers, leveraging skills in design and prototyping. This role requires a strong understanding of user needs and design principles.
You have a strong background in product design, ideally with experience in designing developer tools or API products. You understand the importance of creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the developer experience. Your skills in Figma allow you to create high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas. You are a collaborative team player, working alongside product managers and engineers to ensure that design aligns with technical feasibility and user needs. As a Product Designer for the Claude Developer Platform, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of Anthropic's API products. You will work on various aspects of the developer platform, including the Console, documentation, and Workbench. Your role will involve designing workflows and tooling that support the core capabilities of the API, making it easier for developers to build and maintain high-quality applications. You will collaborate closely with engineers and AI researchers to ensure that the design meets the needs of users while also aligning with the technical capabilities of the platform. You will define the future suite of utilities that developers will use to build, monitor, and control agentic systems, ensuring that these tools are reliable and trustworthy. Your work will play a critical role in transforming Claude from a tool into a trusted collaborator for developers.
