Senior Motion Designer

 

Navan is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our fast-paced team and help create the visual & motion identity for our new traveler AI product. You’ll create inspiring motion design that brings life to our visuals, content, and big ideas. We’re looking for a versatile, all-round motion designer, who can balance visionary and fresh design skills, with fast-paced work in a collaborative team environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative who loves collaboration and is eager to take ownership and build the motion foundations of an emerging new product.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape how our new traveler AI product motion marketing assets look, feel and move.
• Push boundaries with innovative design in a fast-paced environment.
• Design & animate motion assets that inspire and capture attention, while keeping clarity of message and story as top priority.
• Collaborate with Video Creators, Designers, Copywriters, and Product Marketers. 
• Maintain brand consistency and develop long-lasting brand assets that remain versatile across various channels, platforms, and projects.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• 4+ years of motion design experience
• Strong design and animation craft skills.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
• A versatile motion designer comfortable working across multiple mediums.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and changing environment.
• Ability to balance creativity and craftsmanship with tight deadlines.

 

Bonus points

• Experience with video editing and/or basic sound design. 
• Marketing experience (in-house or agency side).
• Experience with generative AI tools (VEO3, SORA, etc.)
• Experience with 3D design.
