Xometry is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to build and lead a new segment focused on high-value, complex deals with major industrial companies. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution to establish sales processes and drive growth.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the industrial sector, and possess the ability to build and lead a new sales segment from the ground up. With at least 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, you are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals. Your strategic mindset allows you to design effective sales strategies and playbooks that align with the company's goals. You thrive in a hands-on role, willing to roll up your sleeves to execute early wins while also focusing on long-term growth. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships with clients.
Experience in digital marketplaces or manufacturing industries is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven sales strategies and the ability to leverage analytics to inform decision-making will set you apart. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market feedback and changing dynamics.
