Showpad is seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to drive growth for key customer accounts. You'll focus on achieving revenue targets and managing client relationships. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within enterprise environments, and understand the nuances of managing strategic customer accounts. Your experience includes achieving revenue targets and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You excel at building strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting the company's product capabilities. You are adept at organizing meetings with stakeholders and presenting tailored solutions that resonate with their business objectives. Your ability to forecast and report on pipeline opportunities is a key strength, allowing you to maintain a continuous flow of qualified leads.
You are a collaborative team player who can effectively lead an account support team, working closely with technical and customer success resources to achieve shared goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate the value of the Showpad platform clearly and persuasively. You are comfortable negotiating contracts and service level agreements that align with company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction. Experience in sales enablement or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with account-based marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, focusing on driving growth and achieving annual and quarterly revenue targets. You will identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of Showpad's product capabilities. Your role will involve organizing meetings with key stakeholders to pitch the benefits of the Showpad platform, utilizing your strong presentation skills to convey value effectively.
You will develop and execute an account plan for each key account, ensuring that you understand their unique needs and challenges. This includes creating high-quality sales collateral tailored to specific customer requirements and supporting the lead generation efforts of your dedicated business development representative. You will also provide timely and accurate forecasts and reports on your pipeline, helping to steer the sales process effectively.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs. You will indirectly lead an account support team, coordinating efforts to deliver exceptional service and support to your clients. Your ability to nurture relationships will be crucial in establishing long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
