What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Nuro's Safety Office, directing the efforts of the executive Safety Committee to enhance safety in the design, testing, and operation of autonomous vehicle technologies. You will collaborate with managers and safety engineers across the company to implement safety strategies that align with Nuro's mission of making autonomy accessible to all. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining safety protocols, conducting safety assessments, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of safety within the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
