Uber is hiring a Senior Account Executive to expand partnerships with restaurants for Uber Eats. You'll leverage your sales experience and negotiation skills to onboard new restaurant partners in New York. This role requires strong prospecting abilities and a results-driven mindset.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the restaurant or food service industry, with at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively has allowed you to successfully pitch and onboard new partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can integrate feedback from various stakeholders to drive adoption of services. You are a champion for the brand, embodying the values of Uber Eats in every interaction.

Desirable

Experience working with mid-market or SMB clients is a plus, as is familiarity with the restaurant industry. You are comfortable with cold-calling and have a knack for negotiation, ensuring that you can establish strong working relationships with potential partners. A background in using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track performance metrics will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of strategic mid-market restaurant groups, focusing on signing new partnerships within your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling, email outreach, and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to connect with potential partners. Your goal is to create a great first impression and act as an ambassador for Uber Eats, clearly communicating the value of our services to develop long-term partnerships. You will also manage contract negotiations to establish a solid foundation for collaboration with our most significant partners.

You will integrate feedback from multiple cross-functional stakeholders to drive the adoption of Uber Eats across our highest-profile merchant partners. Your success will be measured by achieving and exceeding your monthly quota, proactively building your pipeline, and managing weekly metrics related to cold calls, emails, and field appointments. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our partners and align with Uber's cultural identity.
