You have 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and debug technical systems. Your detail-oriented nature and excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to engage effectively with customers and technology teams alike. You are adept at juggling multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism under pressure, and you possess a customer-focused mindset with creative problem-solving skills. Your experience includes scripting in modern programming languages, and you have a solid understanding of web services and distributed systems.
Experience with automation tools and practices is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You thrive in environments where you can identify problems before they occur and implement proactive solutions to prevent outages. Your organizational skills allow you to prioritize projects effectively, ensuring that you deliver the best results for customers.
