Instructure is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager for their APAC Professional Services team. You'll be responsible for strategic project management, product optimization, and knowledge transfer to enhance platform adoption in educational institutions. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills.
You have a proven track record in managing customer success initiatives, ideally within the education technology sector. Your experience includes leading teams and driving strategic projects that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including educational institutions and internal teams. You are adept at navigating change management processes and have a deep understanding of how to optimize product offerings to meet institutional goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about transforming the learning experience for students and educators alike.
In this role, you will lead the APAC Professional Services team at Instructure, focusing on strategic project management and execution of platform adoptions. You will work closely with various educational institutions, from small K-12 schools to major public universities, ensuring they receive high-impact, quality-driven consulting services. Your responsibilities will include configuring Instructure solutions to align with specific institutional goals, developing bespoke training materials, and delivering live training sessions to enhance user engagement. You will also play a key role in change management, helping institutions navigate shifts to maximize platform adoption and improve instructional outcomes.
