You are an experienced AI professional with a strong background in driving AI initiatives within organizations. You possess a deep understanding of AI capabilities and how they can be effectively utilized to enhance productivity and innovation. You are proactive and have a proven track record of empowering teams through AI enablement and upskilling initiatives. You are comfortable bridging technical and business challenges, ensuring that AI adoption aligns with organizational goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about fostering a culture of AI literacy across departments. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with people leaders and teams at all levels.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering organization-wide AI adoption initiatives. You will create resources, workshops, and hackathons that focus on practical AI skills and mindset shifts. You will work closely with various departments to identify their AI needs and tailor enablement programs accordingly.
