Overview

Hightouch is seeking a Software Engineer for their Control Plane team to build user-friendly tools for enterprise customers. You'll work with Java and distributed systems to enhance onboarding and management of Hightouch deployments. This role requires a strong understanding of backend engineering principles.

You have a solid background in backend engineering, with experience in building scalable production systems that cater to enterprise-level needs. Your expertise in distributed systems allows you to tackle complex challenges effectively, ensuring that the tools you develop are both powerful and user-friendly. You are comfortable diving deep into backend technologies and have a product-minded approach to your work, always considering the end-user experience. You possess strong communication skills and a growth mindset, which helps you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are motivated and persistent in achieving your goals, and you thrive in environments that encourage innovation and creativity.

Desirable

Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks is a plus, as it aligns with Hightouch's focus on modern AI platforms. Familiarity with AI technologies and marketing workflows will also be beneficial in understanding the context of the products you will be working on.

What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Control Plane team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tools that facilitate the onboarding process for enterprise customers.
