Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, ideally with experience in the payments industry. You possess an operations-savvy mindset, allowing you to identify and eliminate process friction while building scalable processes. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you thrive in a self-starting environment. You have experience managing small to medium scale projects, ensuring that you can handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with tools like Postman and Python is essential, as is your ability to foster long-term relationships with clients. You are fluent in French, enabling you to communicate effectively with French-speaking stakeholders.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Stripe, you will provide a Gold Standard Experience to your assigned accounts’ key stakeholders. You will work closely with the wider Operations team to ensure that resources and knowledge are shared effectively across teams interacting directly with users. Your role will involve fostering long-term user relationships that grow loyalty to Stripe and its products. You will collaborate cross-functionally, both internally and within your users’ organizations, to implement operational solutions on various subjects, including fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion. You will proactively identify opportunity areas to help businesses deliver more value to their customers and accelerate their growth with Stripe. Your responsibilities will also include providing strategic consultations tailored to the unique needs of each account, ensuring that clients are maximizing their use of Stripe's services.
