This role requires strong project management and cross-functional alignment skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product operations, with experience in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of programs. You excel at designing operating models that facilitate effective collaboration between product managers and global stakeholders. Your ability to distill complex technical information into actionable insights for non-technical partners sets you apart. You are adept at tracking key performance indicators post-launch to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows. You understand the importance of aligning product strategies with regional business insights and are skilled at advocating for data-backed feedback to influence product roadmaps. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy orchestrating global rollouts that require meticulous project management.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You may have a background in data analysis or project management tools that enhance operational efficiency. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in product development will help you succeed in this role.

What you'll do

As a Product Operations Manager at Uber, you will own the program strategy for your assigned area, leading the lifecycle from global build to local scale. Your role will involve orchestrating comprehensive go-to-market plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. You will drive cross-functional alignment by translating technical product information into insights that can be understood by non-technical partners.
