We're seeking an exceptional, customer-obsessed leader to join Amazon Brazil's Books team as a Vendor Manager for Imported Books. This strategic role combines commercial acumen with operational excellence to drive the growth and performance of our Imported Books category.
This role is responsible for managing the Imported Books Selection, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational priorities. Main responsibilities include:
* Oversee Cross-Border Programs: Manage the performance of Imported programs, optimizing operations to deliver maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Enhance new Imported Integration: resposible to bring and manage new buyable selection, refining pricing strategies, expanding selection, and enhancing customer experience.
* Coordinate Cross-Program Alignment: Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between all programs to maximize synergies and growth opportunities.
* Strategic Initiatives and Event Support: Lead cross-border projects and events, ensuring inventory availability and category relevance for key promotional activities.
Vendor Manager for Imported Books will assume a senior leadership role, overseeing the management and performance of all imported programs for Books. This position will ensure alignment across all initiatives and drive strategic execution for the Imported Books category.

- 3+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- 2+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration- 3+ years of doing one of several roles: management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods company experience
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain
