This pivotal role will be the core representative of the IT Service Desk in Hyderabad, combining deep technical expertise with a holistic approach to process optimisation. You will move the IT service from reactive ticket handling to proactive incident prevention, working on site in Hyderabad to drive this culture of relentless automation and technical leadership. The success of this role will be measured by achieving a full process-driven workflow and complete automation of service desk activities across the organisation.
