Grafana is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-year initiatives across engineering teams. This remote position requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You are an experienced Technical Program Manager with a proven track record of leading complex projects across multiple teams. You have a strategic mindset and can navigate the intricacies of large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment and collaboration among diverse engineering groups. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster relationships is key to your success in this role. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable working independently while also being a part of a collaborative team.
Experience in open-source projects or familiarity with observability tools would be a plus. You are adaptable and open to utilizing AI tools to enhance recruitment processes and project management.
In this role, you will orchestrate the delivery of complex, multi-year initiatives that span across the entire engineering organization at Grafana Labs. You will serve as the strategic leader, guiding teams through the planning and execution phases of projects. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, setting timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
