What you'll do

In this role, you will take on a pragmatic technical leadership position within an autonomous team of 5-7 developers, collaborating closely with a dedicated Product Manager and UX support. Your primary responsibility will be to build, enhance, and maintain existing areas of the Tackle platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of millions of users worldwide. You will solve technical problems of high scope and complexity, driving the direction of your team's projects and initiatives.

You will own your code from start to finish, taking pride in the quality and impact of your work. Your role will involve actively participating in code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing constructive feedback to your peers. You will also play a key role in driving the direction of the apprenticeship program, mentoring new and less experienced team members to help them grow in their roles.

Your contributions will directly impact the success of the Tackle platform, and you will be encouraged to be curious and innovative in your approach.
