Are You a Fit?

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• MS in (PhD preferred) Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical field.
• Practical experience with the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLM) and generative AI, including parameter-efficient fine-tuning, instruction fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, and Agent technology.
• Deep technical knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures, such as Transformers, training methodologies, and optimization techniques.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in Azure Databricks.
• Comfortable with asynchronous collaboration and working across time zones.
• Experience working effectively with software engineering teams and mentoring other scientists.
