What you'll do

As an Applications Engineer at Zeeco, you will be responsible for managing individual proposals and ensuring that all necessary disciplines are considered for a complete offering. You will analyze and interpret customer inquiries, focusing on the Flare Aftermarket Engineered Solutions products. This involves traveling to customer facilities for site support and gathering details needed for technical reviews and proposal generation. You will assist in the technical development and risk assessment of customer inquiries, ensuring that all aspects are covered in your proposals. Additionally, you will develop cost estimates according to established guidelines and set product pricing based on management's mark-up and commission schedules. Your role will also include determining the necessary drawings for quotations and coordinating their completion, as well as writing, editing, and issuing formal quotations to customers. Follow-up on any correspondence with customers is crucial to maintain strong relationships and ensure clarity in communication.
