As an Inside Solutions Engineer at BeyondTrust, you will play a crucial role in the sales cycle by acting as a technical specialist. You will assist with marketing campaigns, helping to showcase the capabilities of BeyondTrust’s products and services. Your responsibilities will include supporting lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems. You will participate in discovery and opportunity engagement, conducting background research and qualifying questions to better understand customer needs. Additionally, you will articulate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions to prospects and customers, demonstrating how these solutions address their challenges and deliver on the value proposition. You will also assist in developing written proposals that complement financial proposals for prospects, ensuring that all submissions are accurate and timely.
