Sr. Business Development Manager, Biologics and GCT (CDMO)

Who you are

You are a highly motivated business development professional with a proven track record in the biotechnology sector. With at least 5 years of experience in business development, you have successfully navigated complex markets and built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your understanding of biologics and gene and cell therapy (GCT) will be instrumental in driving growth for GenScript's ProBio division.

You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to effectively articulate the value of GenScript's services to potential clients. Your strategic mindset enables you to identify new business opportunities and develop proactive strategies to capture them. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience in contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) services is a plus, as is familiarity with the regulatory landscape in Europe. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market dynamics. A background in life sciences or a related field will enhance your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs.
