As our Marketing Generalist, you will be both strategist and executor—sometimes building campaigns hands-on in HubSpot, other times writing technical specs for our RevOps team to implement. You will own outcomes regardless of who does the tactical work. In a given quarter, you might focus on driving marketing-led outbound by designing and executing automated outbound campaigns across cold, warm, and hot audience tiers, balancing personalization with scale. You will execute Account-Based Marketing by building and launching ABM campaigns that engage target accounts throughout their journey. Your role will also involve brainstorming and executing ways of optimizing trial-to-sales conversion, ensuring that every initiative you lead contributes to the overall success of the marketing team.
