Data analysisAIProduct management

Overview

AppDirect is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of data and AI products. You'll work closely with engineering to define and launch innovative solutions. This role requires strong skills in data analysis and product management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in data and AI products — you've successfully led product lifecycles from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data effectively, transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive product success.

You possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in product development — your experience includes collaborating with engineering teams to architect features that enhance user productivity and deliver significant business impact. You are comfortable navigating complex datasets and using them to inform product decisions.

You are a natural leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration — you can guide teams through the product development process, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your communication skills enable you to articulate a compelling product vision that inspires and motivates your team.

You are passionate about empowering users through innovative solutions — you understand the importance of user feedback and data-driven decision-making in creating products that truly meet customer needs. You thrive in environments where you can influence product direction and drive meaningful change.

Desirable

Experience with subscription commerce platforms or similar business models would be a plus — you understand the nuances of managing products in a subscription-based environment and can apply best practices to enhance user engagement and retention.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product management efforts for AppDirect's data and AI offerings — you will develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction for these products. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, defining product requirements, and prioritizing features based on user needs and business objectives.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure that product features are designed and implemented effectively — your technical understanding will allow you to contribute to discussions around architecture and design, ensuring that the final product aligns with the vision you have set.

You will leverage data analysis to inform product decisions and measure success — you will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics tools to track product performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes. Your ability to interpret data will be crucial in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You will engage with customers to gather feedback and insights — understanding user experiences and pain points will help you refine product offerings and ensure they deliver maximum value. You will also work with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the benefits of your products.

What we offer

At AppDirect, you will be part of a values-driven culture that encourages you to be seen, be yourself, and do your best work — we believe in fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to products that empower digital entrepreneurs worldwide.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth and development — you will have access to resources that support your career advancement and help you achieve your goals. Join us in shaping the future of subscription commerce and making a meaningful impact in the digital economy.
