Axon is hiring a Key Account Executive to manage and grow revenue at designated agencies in the Southeast. You'll develop client relationships and execute account strategies to drive customer satisfaction. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer needs.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in sales or business development. Your ability to cultivate strong client relationships is key — you understand the importance of knowing your customer's business and workflows to drive satisfaction and revenue growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with account teams to deliver relevant value propositions. You are proactive in tracking customer activity and identifying additional opportunities, ensuring that you are always in touch with your accounts. Your focus on customer satisfaction drives you to maintain effective service delivery and to oversee all account activities for your book of business.
Experience in the technology sector or with public safety solutions would be a plus. Familiarity with forecasting and gathering competitive intelligence can set you apart. You are comfortable working with experts and specialists to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies within the Southeast territory. You will develop and maintain client relationships, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction and achieving strategic objectives. Collaborating with your account team, you will develop and execute account strategies that deliver stronger value propositions. You will track customer activity in internal systems to ensure effective execution of your account strategy and to identify additional opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all account activities, ensuring that you are in touch with your accounts in a timely manner, and gathering intelligence on competitors to inform your strategies. You will take ownership of the account relationship, driving overall customer satisfaction for your assigned accounts.
