Overview

Cin7 is seeking a Director of Partner & Field Marketing to lead and evolve their marketing functions. You'll focus on partner marketing and field events to drive revenue growth. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in partner and field marketing, ideally within the software industry. Your background includes developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth. You are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves to execute plans effectively. You possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of building successful marketing programs that align with business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives support overall company goals. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Desirable

Experience in inventory management software or related fields would be a plus. Familiarity with global marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives is also desirable. You have a knack for event marketing and can create impactful experiences that resonate with target audiences. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail sets you apart. You are comfortable presenting to senior leadership and can articulate the value of marketing initiatives clearly.

What you'll do

As the Director of Partner & Field Marketing at Cin7, you will own and evolve the partner marketing and field marketing functions. You will build on the existing global partner program, leveraging your expertise to enhance co-marketing efforts and drive pipeline impact. You will develop a cohesive approach to field and event marketing, ensuring that regional, industry, and partner-led events align with revenue growth objectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to align marketing programs with business priorities. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for marketing initiatives while also being hands-on in executing campaigns and events. You will analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing team.
