Verkada is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Austin to manage post-sales deployment projects and provide expert-level configuration and training on Verkada products. This role requires expertise in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, and Networking.
You have extensive experience as a Senior Project Engineer, particularly in the realm of Cloud Security and IoT Systems. Your background includes a strong understanding of Networking and Linux systems, which allows you to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You are well-versed in Security Surveillance and Access Control technologies, making you a subject matter expert in these areas. Your ability to learn quickly and work independently is complemented by your motivation to make a significant impact on the success of global deployments. You thrive in an in-office culture and are prepared to be on-site five days a week in Austin, TX.
Experience with large-scale deployments and customer-facing roles is a plus. Familiarity with Verkada products or similar technologies will help you hit the ground running. You are a proactive communicator, capable of interfacing with customers and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
In this role, you will partner with the Global Services Manager and Territory Account Executives to service large and strategic customers within the Verkada footprint. You will be responsible for managing post-sales deployment projects, ensuring that all technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Your expertise will be crucial in providing configuration and training on Verkada products, helping customers maximize their use of the platform. You will also play a key role in interfacing with customers and partners, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the deployment process. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Verkada's global services, making you an integral part of the team.
