Overview

GitLab is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to connect with customers in the Czech Republic and help them adopt the AI-powered DevSecOps platform. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in managing accounts for organizations of various sizes.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the software industry, and understand the nuances of selling complex solutions to diverse organizations. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is key to your success. You are comfortable working remotely and have experience managing accounts across different regions, particularly in EMEA. You embrace technology and are eager to leverage AI tools to enhance your sales processes and customer interactions.

Desirable

Experience in the DevSecOps space or familiarity with AI-powered solutions would be a significant advantage. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. What you'll do

As a Commercial Account Executive at GitLab, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the Czech Republic, responsible for driving sales and expanding the adoption of our AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small teams to larger organizations, ensuring that each customer receives the support and guidance they need to maximize the value of our solutions. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
