As a Customer Success Associate at Datadog, you will work closely with small existing customers to identify opportunities for expanding their usage of our products. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams, including support, product, finance, and legal, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues to ensure long-term adoption and effective use of Datadog solutions. You will act as an advisor to existing customers, confirming that they are effectively utilizing our solutions and providing the necessary support to maximize their experience.
