Waymo is seeking a Brand Media and Analytics Lead to develop and execute a multi-channel brand media strategy. You'll work with tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to enhance brand visibility and societal acceptance of autonomous driving technology. This role requires strong experience in brand marketing and analytics.
You have 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel media strategies. Your expertise in analytics allows you to derive insights from data, guiding your marketing decisions effectively. You are familiar with tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads, and you understand how to leverage them to enhance brand visibility. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform society, particularly in the realm of autonomous driving.
Experience in the automotive or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with emerging trends in digital marketing. A background in data analysis and a strong understanding of consumer behavior will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
In this role, you will own the holistic brand media strategy for Waymo, planning and executing campaigns across various channels including Linear, Digital Video, CTV, and OOH. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and creative assets that resonate with our audience. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data. You will also play a key role in shaping Waymo's go-to-market initiatives, helping to build societal acceptance for autonomous driving technology. You will report to the Brand Marketing & Operations Lead, contributing to the overall growth of Waymo's brand and user base.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $243,000—$308,000 USD, along with participation in a discretionary annual bonus program and an equity incentive plan.
