You have a proven ability to influence and cultivate essential stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of operational priorities across teams. You thrive in ambiguous environments and are a resilient self-starter, ready to tackle challenges in an ever-evolving landscape. Your creative problem-solving skills enable you to bridge strategy, execution, deal work, and communications effectively. You understand the importance of collaboration and are adept at managing key cross-functional projects that drive organizational success.
Experience in partnerships, particularly in XR or AI ecosystems, is a plus. Familiarity with operational frameworks and methodologies will enhance your ability to contribute to the team’s objectives. A background in technology or strategic technology partnerships will also be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of the role.
In this role, you will support leadership within the Reality Labs & AI Partnerships organization, focusing on building and managing partnerships that align with Meta's strategic priorities.
