Smarsh • US - Remote
Smarsh is seeking an Account Executive to engage with prospective clients and introduce their governance and compliance solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-growth environment.
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in engaging clients in regulated industries. You are motivated by professional advancement and demonstrate curiosity in understanding client needs. You enjoy problem-solving and delivering excellence in your work. You thrive in a changing, fast-growth environment and are comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly in governance and compliance solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with digital communication channels and their associated risks will help you excel in this role.
In this role, you will actively engage with prospective new clients via phone and web conferences to introduce Smarsh products and their value proposition. You will work closely with the larger Smarsh team on high-impact projects, ensuring that client needs are met and that they understand the benefits of Smarsh's offerings. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and guiding them through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that the messaging aligns with client expectations and market trends. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand client requirements will be crucial in driving user acquisition and retention.
