Grammarly is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to take ownership of the technical recruiting funnel, from sourcing to onboarding. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, demonstrating a deep understanding of the tech landscape and the ability to engage with passive candidates effectively. Your expertise in building relationships with hiring managers allows you to align recruitment strategies with team needs and culture. You are skilled in managing the entire recruiting process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact to onboarding.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to build and sustain talent pipelines that support the growth of diverse teams. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of the company and its mission to potential candidates, making them excited about the opportunity to join.

You are data-driven, using metrics to optimize the recruiting funnel and improve candidate experiences. You understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in hiring and actively seek to create a welcoming environment for all candidates. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of recruiting in a fast-paced environment, always striving to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with AI or tech startups is a plus, as is familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms that enhance the recruitment process. You may also have a background in HR or talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's mission and values.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Superhuman, you will take full ownership of the technical recruiting funnel, driving outcomes from initial sourcing through closing and onboarding. You will strategically design and optimize each stage of the recruiting funnel, engaging passive prospects, qualifying candidates, managing interviews, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers at every stage, building collaborative relationships to deeply understand role needs and team culture.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent. This includes leveraging social media, networking events, and industry conferences to build a strong candidate pipeline. You will also conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring that only the best candidates move forward in the process.

In addition, you will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall candidate experience. You will collaborate with the Head of Technical Recruiting to refine recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives. Your role will also involve mentoring junior recruiters and sharing best practices to elevate the team's performance.
