You understand the importance of clear and engaging in-product language, and you have a knack for making complex concepts easy to understand for users.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with product designers, content designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers at every stage of the product delivery cycle — your strategic mindset allows you to find elegant content solutions that resonate with both existing and growing audiences. You are skilled at shaping and evolving content systems and reusable frameworks to ensure consistent experiences across platforms.

Your experience has equipped you with a strong understanding of how to design, write, and test in-product language that helps users achieve their goals — you are adept at creating product flows, interface language, product names, terminology, and product taxonomies that enhance user engagement. What you'll do

In this role, you will be crucial to scaling Squarespace's Commerce offering, focusing on the tools entrepreneurs need to manage and grow their customer base — you will work closely with product, engineering, and other designers to ensure that the suite of tools is easy to understand and use. You will partner with various teams to craft experiences that resonate with users, ensuring that the content you create is not only clear but also compelling.

You will be responsible for designing, writing, and testing in-product language that helps users navigate the platform effectively — this includes creating product flows, interface language, product names, terminology, and product taxonomies that enhance the overall user experience.
