HelloFresh is seeking a Culinary Ingredient & Recipe Developer to join their Product Operations team. You'll blend culinary creativity with strategic ingredient management to develop high-quality recipes and optimize the ingredient portfolio. This role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance customer experience.
You have a strong culinary background and experience in ingredient development, allowing you to create delicious and innovative recipes that meet customer expectations. Your ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking enables you to manage ingredient portfolios effectively, ensuring quality and variety in the menu offerings. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with culinary teams and procurement partners to deliver exceptional products that resonate with customers. In this role, you will develop approximately 3-4 new recipes each week, focusing on product fit, cost, and nutritional targets. This includes designing, cooking, and writing detailed instructions for each recipe while adhering to standardized guidelines. You will build expertise across various ingredient categories, becoming familiar with the specifications and suppliers of the ingredients you work with. Your role will involve researching and sourcing new products that drive innovation and expand the variety of offerings. By leveraging customer insights and feedback, you will ensure that every dish not only delights customers but also elevates their mealtime experience. You will collaborate closely with global culinary and ingredient teams, as well as local operations and procurement partners, to create a product that is operationally efficient and loved by customers.
