PagerDuty is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth within Enterprise accounts. You'll leverage your consultative sales approach and experience with SaaS products to manage a pipeline of new business opportunities. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with a knack for captivating tech-savvy audiences.
You have a proven track record in sales, specifically with 5+ years of experience selling SaaS products to Enterprise accounts. Your consultative sales approach allows you to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions effectively. You thrive in a high-performance sales culture, demonstrating the ability to manage a pipeline of new business expansion opportunities and deliver results against sales targets. Your experience includes working with strategic Global 2000 accounts, where you have successfully navigated complex organizational structures to engage multiple stakeholders. You are comfortable embracing technology and can articulate its value to a tech-savvy audience. You are customer-centric, placing immense value on delivering exceptional sales experiences and outcomes.
Experience with PagerDuty's operations cloud story is a plus, as is familiarity with managing multi-product catalogs. You are adaptable and can pivot your strategies based on the evolving needs of your clients and the market landscape.
In this role, you will report to a Regional Sales Director and be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will lead and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities, focusing on expanding existing accounts. Your territory will consist of approximately six strategic Global 2000 accounts, where you will go wide within accounts to align our operations cloud story to different stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client needs are met and that you are delivering exceptional value. You will also be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of PagerDuty. Your role will involve regular communication with clients, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored solutions that drive their success.
