Figma is seeking an Account Executive for their Enterprise Sales Team to build and develop strategies for Figma Weave. You'll manage a pipeline of Enterprise accounts and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers. This role is based in New York with hybrid work options.
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of design and collaboration. You understand the importance of building relationships with key decision-makers and have experience in managing a pipeline of enterprise accounts. You are strategic and can set the direction for sales initiatives while hiring and developing a foundational sales team. Experience in the design or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven tools and platforms. You are comfortable using data to drive decisions and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of enterprise sales, understanding the unique needs of large organizations.
In this role, you will create and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and developing the foundational sales team, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed.
You will set the strategic direction for the Figma Weave initiative, working closely with leadership to define goals and objectives. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and adjust strategies as needed. You will also participate in onboarding new team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
