You have experience in supply chain management and project coordination, ensuring that materials are delivered on time for critical projects. Your strong communication skills allow you to maintain clear updates with stakeholders and resolve issues promptly. You are detail-oriented and capable of tracking inventory movements effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources. In this role, you will support the execution of module and bill of materials development processes, adhering to standardized procedures and established guidelines. You will maintain communication with stakeholders regarding delivery status, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include tracking inventory movements and managing reusable assets to ensure their availability. You will also track and report project-specific KPIs, including material readiness rates and on-time delivery performance. Collaborating with procurement teams will be essential for effective vendor management, ensuring timely and accurate material delivery. Additionally, you will assist with invoice resolution and the CAD process to ensure smooth financial and logistical flow. You will coordinate transfer processes between sites, ensuring seamless movement of materials with minimal disruption. Identifying and proposing local process improvements within your project scope will also be part of your role.
