Overview
Uber is seeking an Associate Acquisition Account Executive to drive the onboarding of high-potential restaurant partners for Uber Eats in Japan. This role requires end-to-end sales experience and strong communication skills in Japanese.

Who you are
You have end-to-end sales experience, capable of managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and initial growth support. Your high execution ability and persistence enable you to achieve results even in challenging situations. You possess excellent communication skills, confidently explaining and negotiating in Japanese, with a basic understanding of English being a plus. Your business acumen allows you to tailor proposals to various clients, from independent restaurants to chain establishments.
Desirable
Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development is welcomed, particularly in the tech, hospitality, or FMCG sectors. A deep understanding of Japan's restaurant industry and culture is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and a focus on achieving KPIs in a sales environment are also beneficial. You are self-motivated and capable of working towards individual and team goals while managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
What you'll do
As an Associate Acquisition Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales process targeting high-priority restaurant partners in major cities. Your efforts will enhance the diversity and quality of restaurants on Uber Eats, improving customer experiences and building long-term, trustworthy partnerships. You will strategically analyze your assigned areas, such as Tokyo and Osaka, to identify high-impact new business opportunities. Collaborating with operations, marketing, and account management teams, you will facilitate smooth onboarding for new partners. Utilizing data and tools, you will efficiently manage leads, prioritize tasks, follow up, and operate your sales pipeline. Your feedback from the field will contribute to product, pricing, and process improvements.
