Gopuff is seeking a Retail Site Leader I to oversee operations at their Upper East Side facility. You'll lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, which help you effectively convey information and resolve conflicts. Your ability to develop and engage your team is crucial, as you foster a culture of collaboration and high performance. You thrive in ever-changing environments, adapting quickly to new challenges and leading your team through them. Your proven track record as a change agent demonstrates your capability to improve processes and efficiencies within the facility. You are available during peak hours of operation and can support the facility on weekends and holidays as needed.
As the Site Leader, you will be accountable for all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment oversight. You will drive improvements to key performance indicators, ensuring that your team is hyper-focused on delivering a perfect experience for customers.
