What you'll do

As an Operations Coordinator, you will own the post-employment process for new hires, which includes I-9 verification, orientation, and sending first-day emails. You will facilitate new hire orientation and maintain site rosters and schedules to ensure smooth onboarding. Additionally, you will prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. You will also handle, coordinate, and oversee onsite engagement events, utilizing email and business updates to keep everyone in the loop. Collaboration with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors will be a key part of your role, as you work to foster a positive and productive work environment.
