As a Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will be responsible for managing all assigned customer contracts, ensuring that renewals and contract changes are negotiated effectively. You will communicate directly with customers and internal colleagues to resolve inquiries and maximize customer investment with HubSpot. Your role will involve leading approximately 42 customer calls each month, collaborating closely with Sales Representatives and Customer Success Managers to execute the contract renewal process. You will also contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks.
