Overview

Cloudflare is hiring a Renewal Account Manager to partner with the Sales team and ensure customer success with their contracts. This role is based in Austin and offers a hybrid work environment.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management and customer success, ideally with experience in the technology sector. You are a curious and empathetic individual who is committed to developing yourself and learning new skills. You understand the importance of building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, and you thrive in a collaborative environment.

Desirable

Experience in a technical sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on customer needs.

What you'll do

As a Renewal Account Manager at Cloudflare, you will work closely with the Sales team to manage customer renewals and ensure that clients are set up for success with their contracts.
