You have a strong background in account management and customer success, ideally with experience in the technology sector. Experience in a technical sales environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
As a Renewal Account Manager at Cloudflare, you will work closely with the Sales team to manage customer renewals and ensure that clients are set up for success with their contracts.
